We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression on our guests. Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Process reservations and manage room assignments. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
