Description
Responsibilities:Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who require additional support. Assist in the preparation and organization of instructional materials. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise students during class activities, transitions, and outdoor play. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Assist with record-keeping and maintaining student progress reports. Collaborate with the lead teacher to address individual student needs. Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience and a genuine passion for working with students. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teachers. Basic understanding of educational principles and child development. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education is a plus.
