Description
Responsibilities:Barista:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring high-quality standards. Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area. Bartender:Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and ensuring a positive experience. Check identification to verify the legal drinking age. Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked, managing inventory and restocking supplies. Shisha Maker:Prepare and serve a variety of shisha flavors in accordance with customer preferences. Set up and maintain shisha equipment, ensuring proper functionality. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere. Adhere to health and safety regulations related to shisha preparation. Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques for Baristas and cocktail mixing for Bartenders. Familiarity with shisha preparation and flavors for Shisha Makers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
