Description
We are looking for a Supermarket Manager ,able of helping us structure and then develop our business (supermarket). process, cash book, establish schedules, staff rotation, organization chart and position to be filled, marketing and attractiveness strategy, business development. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate procurement terms, and ensure an attractive and high-quality assortment. Research and evaluate new business partnerships, including collaborations with local producers, delivery services, and other industry players. Design and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase visibility and appeal of the supermarket. Analyze market data and trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, purchasing, etc. ) to ensure effective implementation of business development strategies.
