Description

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Accurately record and communicate customer orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring prompt and precise service. Set up and maintain clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing dining areas, including clearing tables efficiently. Familiarize yourself with the menu to assist customers in making informed choices and answering any menu-related questions. Recommend additional items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience and contribute to overall sales goals. Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless coordination in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
