As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team and contribute to our success. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments of materials and products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers according to order specifications Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and storage areas Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and deadlines Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse managementRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders Basic math skills and ability to use inventory management software and handheld devices Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plusBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Training and development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment
