Description
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Cart Attendant/Trolley Boy. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and availability of shopping carts/trolleys, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall efficiency of our store operations. Responsibilities:Retrieve and organize shopping carts/trolleys from the parking area and throughout the store premises. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of carts/trolleys, ensuring they are sanitized and in good working condition. Assist customers with loading and unloading purchases, offering a helpful and friendly demeanor. Monitor and manage cart/trolley inventory to ensure an adequate supply is available for customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Collaborate with the store team to maintain a neat and organized store entrance. Qualifications:Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting carts/trolleys. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly store entrance. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
