We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to manage and organize our school library, fostering a positive and engaging environment for students. Responsibilities:Manage and organize the school library collection Assist students and teachers in locating and selecting books Promote reading programs and literacy initiatives Conduct library orientations and instructional sessions Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum needs Maintain library records and manage check-out procedures Evaluate and select new books and resources Create displays to promote books and reading Requirements:Proven experience as a Librarian in a school setting Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field Knowledge of library systems and cataloging Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with educational technology and online resources Passion for promoting a love of reading and learning
