As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners/Janitors to join our team. Responsibilities: Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and procedures Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures Clean windows, glass surfaces, and doors to ensure a spotless appearance Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products as needed Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleaning supply needs to the supervisor or manager Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas, closets, and janitorial roomsRequirements: Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, custodian, or housekeeper preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive work environmentBenefits: Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience and qualifications Health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Training and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
