We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Safety Assistant. Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation and maintenance of food safety management systems. Conduct regular inspections of food handling and processing areas. Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance food safety practices. Support in the development and delivery of food safety training programs. Investigate and address any food safety incidents or concerns. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. Proven experience in a food safety or quality assurance role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
