Job Title: Warehouse AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout Us: As we continue to grow our operations, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success. Responsibilities: Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management systems Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently Assist with loading and unloading trucks for deliveries and pickups Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet warehouse productivity and performance goals Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all timesRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as neededBenefits: Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience and qualifications Health insurance options Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Training and professional development opportunities Positive and collaborative work environment
