As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with company policies and accounting standards Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support strategic decision-making Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and trends Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial reporting standards Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to support annual audits and reviews Maintain accurate records and documentation to support financial transactions and reporting Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, assisting with training and professional development as needed Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred Proficiency in accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityBenefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Health insurance options Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Training and professional development opportunities Positive and collaborative work environment
