We’re currently hiring Entry Level Call Centre Representatives who are enthusiastic and customer-focused to provide exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and friendly manner. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution. Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately input customer information and interactions into the system. Update customer records as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
