Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Bell Boy to join our team. As a Bell Boy, you will play a key role in providing a warm welcome to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Responsibilities:Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings. Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities. Offer assistance with transportation arrangements and local attractions. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth guest experiences. Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Physical ability to lift and carry luggage. Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is a plus. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage. Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
