Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and preferences Demonstrate product usage and features to customers as needed Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure adequate stock levels Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and restocking merchandise Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and safety Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product performance, and sales trendsRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift.
