Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site. Monitor progress and quality of workmanship. Ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Manage and motivate site workers to achieve project goals. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Report on site progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid UAE driving license and proficiency in English.
