Description
Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the coffee program, including sourcing, roasting, and brewing. Train and mentor barista staff to ensure exceptional quality and service standards. Develop creative and seasonal coffee menus to delight customers Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and ordering supplies Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee preparation area. Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements:Proven experience as a barista, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
