We are dedicated to providing memorable dining experiences for our guests, and we are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Escort guests to their tables and present menus Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems as needed Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards Monitor tableware, glassware, and condiments to ensure they are clean, polished, and well-stocked Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests, special dietary requirements, and allergies Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and address any concerns or issues Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting tables, and assisting with closing dutiesRequirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Strong multitasking and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Food safety and alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations) Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periodsBenefits: Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience and qualifications Opportunity for tips/gratuities Employee meal discounts Training and professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment
