Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas according to established protocols and schedules Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas Monitor and replenish supplies, such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, in restrooms and other areas as needed Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance team Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with employees, customers, and visitorsRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in janitorial services or related field preferred Previous experience as a janitor, cleaner, custodian, or housekeeper preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in commercial or industrial settings Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and equipment as needed Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamworkBenefits: Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience and qualifications Health insurance options Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Training and professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment
