Description
Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations Assist with audits and financial reporting processes Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards Requirements:Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, SAP, etc. ) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
