Respond to and resolve help desk tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals, including computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and hardware components. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Document and track all support activities, solutions, and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
