Job Title: HostessJob Description: We are looking for a charismatic and organized Hostess to join our restaurant team. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, seating guests, and assisting with various tasks to maintain a positive atmosphere in the restaurant. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Manage and organize reservations to optimize seating efficiency. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure a timely dining experience. Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting reception area. Handle guest inquiries and address concerns with professionalism. Monitor and manage waiting lists during peak dining hours. Requirements: Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
