Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree in education or related field is a plus. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students. Ability to collaborate effectively with lead teachers and other staff. Familiarity with educational technology and resources.
