Responsibilities include:Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care Collaborating with other staff members to plan and implement daily routines and activities Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress and daily experiences Maintaining a clean and organized childcare environment Qualifications:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well as part of a team CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring Ability to pass a background check
