Responsibilities:Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide information about products or services Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively Process orders, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product selection and recommendations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs Uphold a positive and customer-friendly atmosphere Requirements:Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to handle challenging situations with composure Familiarity with product or service knowledge Proficient in using customer service software and systems Multilingual abilities are a plus Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
