Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective instruction, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities:Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation, including gathering materials and setting up equipment Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional activities, ensuring their safety and well-being Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement strategies Support students with special needs or accommodations as directed by the teacher Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and address individual needs Participate in professional development opportunities as required Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of students and teachers
