Title: Assistant TeacherResponsibilities: Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities Assist with the supervision and care of students in the classroom Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Help students with assignments, projects, and educational tasks Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess students’ progress Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed Reinforce positive behavior and classroom rules Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communication Contribute to a safe and nurturing atmosphere for studentsRequirements: A degree in education or relevant field is preferred Previous experience working with children in an educational setting Passion for supporting the educational development of young learners Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with lead teachers and other staff Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude Knowledge of educational best practices and child development Compliance with background check and other certification requirements, if applicable.
