Title: Waiter/WaitressResponsibilities: Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials Anticipate and address customer needs and preferences Ensure tables are clean and set for the next guests Process customer payments and handle cash transactions Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Assist in restocking and organizing dining supplies as neededRequirements: Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude Basic math skills for order processing and payment handling Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus
