Description
Title: Cargo LoaderResponsibilities: Load and unload cargo onto/from aircraft or cargo trucks Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling different types of cargo Operate loading equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor belts Ensure proper weight distribution and securement of cargo Verify and document the quantity and condition of goods being loaded Collaborate with ground crew and other team members to facilitate efficient loading processes Adhere to airline or company policies and procedures Inspect cargo for damage and report any discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of cargo handling areasRequirements: Previous experience as a cargo loader or in a similar role is preferred Ability to operate loading equipment safely and efficiently Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cargo Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Flexibility to work in varied weather conditions and irregular hours
