Job Title: Hotel HostessJob Overview: We are seeking a courteous and welcoming individual to join our team as a Hotel Hostess. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere while coordinating the smooth flow of the dining or reception experience. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception or dining area. Provide guests with menus and offer recommendations when requested. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with courtesy and efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements: Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
