Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gym Trainer Assistant. In this role, you will support our certified trainers in providing high-quality fitness instruction, guidance, and motivation to our members. Responsibilities:Assist certified trainers with conducting fitness assessments and developing personalized workout plans for members Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to members during workouts, ensuring proper form and technique Demonstrate exercises and equipment usage to members, as needed Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment Monitor member progress and provide encouragement and motivation Assist with promoting gym programs, classes, and events to members Ensure the safety and well-being of all members by adhering to gym policies and procedures Requirements:Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of exercise physiology and fitness principles Willingness to learn and take direction from certified trainers Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
