Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries. Generate new business through prospecting and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the team. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products/services. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
