Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take beverage orders from guests and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and presentation techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices. Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately. Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Engage with guests, build rapport, and create a memorable experience. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service. Requirements: Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong understanding of beverage recipes, techniques, and terminology. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Customer-oriented approach and outstanding communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving beverages. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
