Job Title: Bakery StaffJob Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our bakery team. As a Bakery Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities: Prepare and measure ingredients for bakery recipes Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters Follow established recipes and quality standards Monitor baking process to ensure products meet specifications Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Provide excellent customer service, if requiredQualifications: Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment operation Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
