Responsibilities: Greet parents, children, and visitors at the nursery reception Handle inquiries and provide information about the nursery programs Manage phone calls and emails in a professional manner Assist in enrollment processes and maintain student records Coordinate with teachers and staff for daily activities Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Ensure a welcoming and organized nursery environmentRequirements: Previous experience as a Receptionist/Admin in a nursery setting is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with nursery programs and education terminology Proficient in basic administrative tasks Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
