Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns. Assist customers in finding the right products/services to meet their needs and preferences. Recommend additional items or alternatives to enhance the customer’s shopping experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays and shelves. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in retail sales or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus with a positive attitude and willingness to assist. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary. Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
