Description
Job Title: Kitchen StaffResponsibilities: Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients, monitoring inventory levels and replenishing as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Team player with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
