Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and work station. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately. Process transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Provide attentive and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize sales opportunities. Prepare and package take-out orders as needed. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and cleanliness. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
