Responsibilities:Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards Changing bed linen and towels, making beds, and replenishing amenities Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting floors and surfaces Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the housekeeping supervisor Assisting with laundry duties as needed Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Providing excellent customer service to hotel guestsRequirements:Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a positive attitude Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent qualification
