Responsibilities:Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with information about hotel facilities and services Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and payments Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations Maintaining a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere in the hotel lobby and public areas Providing support to the front desk staff and other hotel personnel as neededRequirements:Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably in a hotel setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant computer software and reservation systems Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
