Description
We are looking for a passionate and caring person to work as an assistant teacher in our kindergarten. The assistant teacher and the lead teacher will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students. Job Role: The role involves supporting the lead teacher in classroom management, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, implementing curriculum activities, providing learning support, and collaborating with colleagues and parents. It also involves maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment, promoting independence and self-regulation in children, and ensuring effective communication with the lead teacher and parents. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting. Knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum frameworks, and teaching strategies. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
