Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments. Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and facilities. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using computerized systems. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle administrative tasks such as sorting mail and coordinating appointments. Requirements:Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
