Description
Responsibilities:Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care. Help patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Take vital signs and record patient information accurately. Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and healthcare facilities. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families. Requirements:Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Certification or training in nursing assistance is a plus.
