Description
Position: IT Support SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-timeAre you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for assisting others with their IT needs? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently, either remotely or on-site Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and system optimizations Document all support activities, solutions, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution Assist with user training and orientation on new technologies and software applicationsRequirements: Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred but not required Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (e. g. , Windows, macOS, Linux) Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. ) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plusBenefits: Competitive salary or hourly wages Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Comprehensive training provided Health insurance and other benefits (if applicable) Positive and collaborative work environment Join our team and be part of providing exceptional IT support to our organization
