Description
Position: Logistics Co-ordinatorLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-timeAre you highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at coordinating logistics operations? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and distribution Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers and clients Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to arrange transportation and resolve any issues or delays Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions using inventory management software Monitor shipment tracking and provide updates to stakeholders as needed Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activitiesRequirements: Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field preferred but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures is a plus Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)Benefits: Competitive salary or hourly wages Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Comprehensive training provided Health insurance and other benefits (if applicable) Positive and collaborative work environment
