Description
Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers. Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to arrange transportation and delivery schedules. Track and update shipment statuses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork as required. Maintain inventory levels and assist in inventory management activities. Resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Assist in analyzing logistics data and identifying areas for process improvement. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Prior experience in logistics coordination or assistant role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics documentation. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures is a plus.
