Description
Position: Assistant TeacherLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-timeAre you passionate about working with children and supporting their learning and development? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers. Responsibilities: Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging and interactive experiences Provide supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Assist with classroom management, including maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment Support individualized learning and provide additional help to students as needed Collaborate with lead teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians Assist with daily routines, transitions, and meal times Help maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and equipmentRequirements: Previous experience working with children in a school, preschool, or childcare setting preferred but not required Genuine love for children and a nurturing attitude Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but can be obtained after hiring) High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in early childhood education is a plusBenefits: Competitive hourly wages or salary Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the school Comprehensive training provided Positive and supportive work environment
