Description
Reporting to higher management on project progress on weekly basis Should have proven track record of planning, monitoring, and executing the construction work of the small buildings / workshop facilities etc. independently. Liaison with government authorities etc. and obtaining necessary permits and licenses. Coordination between Client and contractor Monitoring & controlling construction schedules and associated costs to accomplish the project within the time and budget. Supervise & manage project staffing and schedules related to day-to-day construction activities. Review project legal documents, permits, inspections etc. are completed and signed. Coordination with all department at Head Office
