Description
Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their queries. Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Receive and unload merchandise shipments, checking them for accuracy and quality. Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts, replenishing shelves, and identifying any discrepancies. Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and customer service. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Assist in periodic stocktaking and reporting inventory levels to management. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
