Roles & Responsibilities– Proactively engage and build rapport with customers, understanding their needs to guide them through their purchase decisions. – Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide detailed information and advice on furniture selection. – Implement strategic sales plans to achieve set sales targets and expand customer base. – Manage product display and ensure sales areas are always presentable and inviting. – Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and timely product delivery. – Process sales transactions and ensure compliance with financial procedures. – Collect and analyze customer feedback to forward to the management for service enhancement.
